75 I would like to thank the kids workers and entertainment staff particularly Giulia, Pierreanthony and Ebby. They were so friendly and fun and my son loved them. I could see that lots of other children and parents liked the staff and how hard they worked to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. The staff who looked after the kayaks and paddle boards were very good too. I also thought the housekeeping staff were excellent - the room and toilets were kept very clean.

90 Really fabulous. We appreciated many of the aspects of the resort that gave us good quality family time together, the all inclusive nature of activites (without the need to pay more), the established vegetation and above all the incredibly obliging nature of the staff. Would have loved early morning yoga down at the beach - maybe next year? The entertainment was wonderful and the kids loved vik club.

84 You run a good hotel. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We ate at le Palme - it was great - staff were amazing and range of food was great. We really liked that you stuck to italian / local food. We also liked the childrens entertainment. However, it is on really late at 9.30 which means our little one got very tired. surely a 8.30 spot would be better.

73 A particular call out to the entertainment staff who really tried to get people together - especially Sebastian with his Italian classes, and Tom for his appertif in the evening - they really showed the Italian "joie de vivre" and hospitality - always smiling, always welcoming and helpful, always encouraging people to go to the different activities organised etc - much more than the rest of the staff on site, for whom customer service did not seem to be of great importance

88 The reception staff were amazing, especially the ones we met in the evening due to our late arrival. There was confusion with our transfer and so we had to stay the night in a hotel and then get a transfer the following night, when we arrived they had arranged a packed dinner for us and treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. This encounter alone would make me want to return with my husband, and possibly some more family.

60 I was unhappy with the rooms we were originally allocated. This was quickly resolved to our satisfaction by the manager. We would all like to thank Marco (the driver of a golf buggy) as he was so cheerful and went out of his way to help us with our shopping up that very steep hill. More staff should follow his example and offer customers lifts as they are going that way anyway. The hill is really too steep for anyone carrying shopping or with weak knees.

63 Ordinarily we would not stay in such a large and imposing resort and whilst the resort/hotel is not one we would choose we cannot fault the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The place was also incredibly clean and well run. On hearing of our unhappiness about the resort (nothing to do with the resort just our mistake in booking such a large place) Cristina on reception in Telis could not have been more helpful and professional and managed to arrange for us to move to the Borgo which suited us much more. We would like our personal and heartfelt thanks passed onto Cristina for really making a difference to our holiday.

88 A beautiful stay. Thanks to the hard working cleaners and especially to the energetic boys on the AquaGym end our caribbean Dance lessons at the pool. A funny show at the theatre. We were relaxed and intertained for one week and gained weight of the wonderful dinnerbuffet...... thumps up for the waiter at the pasta-line.

58 The staff were all helpful, particularly a lovely lady on Telis reception who seemed to be in charge. This lady changed our room when we were unhappy with the original one and was particularly helpful. We did love Sardinia but the difficulties getting from our room to the car mean we will not return to Arbatax Park for our next stay on the island

75 Thank you to all the staff. We had a fantastic time. We particularly enjoyed the baby dance; the boat trip up the Golfo di Orosei. The evening meal were amazing especially the Ferragosto when there was a whole sword fish on display. it was delicious! The whole site was immaculate and very beautiful with trees and flowers all of which required leaves to be swept up every morning.

The stay was fantastic Only improvement would be to keep kayak guys there all day long, just with break for lunch and theater should close after show. Stuff is there and very loud till 12.15. Some people want to sleep before midnight:) Great hotel!!!!
